OFFICE ASSISTANT (ALHAMBRA, CA)

A wholesale accessories company is currently looking for an individual to add to our rapidly growing business. Duties include, but not limited to, answering phone calls, doing data entries, processing sales orders & invoices, labeling & preparing merchandise for shipping. This position requires an individual to be highly detail oriented, able to manage and multi task his/her work throughout the day with little supervision, and a swift learner.

Requirements:

            - Have at least one year office experience (as well as Intuit Quickbooks knowledge)
            - Have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook, power point etc.)
            - Have strong sense of designs & styles  
            - Have superior customer service skills
            - Have excellent keyboard speed and efficiency
      - Have strong organizational skills and ability to stay on task
      - College graduate preferred, but will consider someone who meets the above                              requirements

This is a part-time position, 20-24 hours a week, Monday-Friday. However, the position can potentially develop to a full-time.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience
