Shop Manager-Los Angeles area

Theory is seeking a full time representative based out of a major department store. (Los Angeles area)

Responsibilities include:

          -Sales support, working closely with store personnel

          -Merchandising and maintenance of shop as per corporate visual directives

          -Conducting product knowledge seminars

          -Communicating critical issues to Theory corporate

          -Involvement and awareness of store buy

Qualifications:

          -Minimum of 2 years retail sales experience

          -Strong merchandising skills

          -Ability to multi task, self motivate, and work in a fast paced environment

          -Excellent communication skills and high sense of urgency

          -Awareness of contemporary market

          -Team player

          -Bachelor’s degree
