Back in October French chef and pop-up instigator Ludo Lefebvre organized two successful foie gras evenings with the Animal guys, and now Ludo is going for round two over at his favorite stomping ground, Gram & Papa's. Once again Ludo is using a lottery system via Urban Spoon which goes live tomorrow at 10AM and will remain open for 24 hours. All details are pretty much listed above but this "Best of LudoBites" foie gras evening takes place April 17 and includes five courses for $105 a head. A portion of the sales will benefit CHEFS (Coalition for Humane Ethical Farming Standards). [EaterWire]
