Are you interesTED in fashion? Ever wanted to be a part of a Wholesale team? If so, TEDBAKER LONDON currently has two Assistant Sales positions for the US Wholesale division. Obviously some wholesale experience will be a plus, but just as important is your sparkling personality and hard-working ethos.

Ted’s Assistant Sales Guardians

To assist the Women’s Wear and Men’s Wear team with all needed tasks and objectives. The Assistant Sales Guardians will work within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates great product knowledge, selling skills and is able to give effective presentations to our national trustees at in store seminars
• To embody and properly represent the company ethos and to tell the story of Ted to their customers
• Assist in the selling of manufactured garments, accessories and other fashion products to fashion buyers from Major and Specialty retail stores
• Arrange special events, product launch and store visits – will require extensive National travelling
• Take and process new orders, repeat orders, exchanges and cancellations
• Manage in/outbound customer emails and phone calls efficiently
• Sourcing and developing client relationships and database of qualified leads through great customer service, reaching out to new specialty stores and networking
• Work in tandem with Marketing team on product knowledge packets & events
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team

Potential Candidates will have the following traits:

• Experience in the field is ideal but not mandatory
• Willingness to travel nationally
• Be a people person and have a passion for fashion
• Have excellent communication skills and demonstrate the ability to carry on  professional business conversations
• Be self motivated and able to work in a fast pace environment
• Must be able to work in a team environment and take direction well
• Always embody the company ethos
• Must have basic computer skills with the use of Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
