Help Wanted
Junkfood Clothing is looking for an energetic, non-lazy, ambitious, hungry to learn, positive attitude to add to our team. We are an established clothing company founded in 1998 that is hip, fun, and great to work for. The sales department is seeking a coordinator who would directly report to the head of sales and assist in the following:
MAGIC/PROJECT/INTERMEZZO TRADE SHOWS
- Includes all paperwork and budget for tradeshows.
- Set up and break down at tradeshows for Samples and aesthetics of the booth.
- Work with Art department on creating email flyers for shows.
- Pack all samples and supplies needed for Magic.
- Organizing booth builders, movers, security for Magic, etc.
- Pass out bags, bring accounts that have appointments to the reps, sell if needed and talk to suppliers etc when needed.
SAMPLES
- Manage all samples.
- Keep sample room clean and orderly.
- Send out all catalog samples to all sales reps and distributors and PR.
- Includes knowledge and usage of licenses to sell for distributors so they receive and know what they can sell out of current catalogs.
- Organize all juniors and men’s samples in sample area.
- Hang sample sets in showroom area and for LA showroom.
- Put gift packages together for meetings when needed.
- Track sample send outs for press and media relations.
WEEKLY SALES REPORTS
- Run all reports for sales departments.
- Strong knowledge of excel a MUST.
- Sales reports for sales reps.
- Projections for sales reps.
- Run weekly bookings reports for catalogs and send out to sales reps.
- Run reports when needed to track and follow business.
This is a great position for someone that wants to learn and grow with a company. There are many opportunities to do so at this company.
Prior experience is required, either showroom assistance or similar background and experience in the garment industry.
