UK based company is looking for an upbeat and positive Customer Service/ E-Commerce Representative to join their team in their new Los Angeles Showroom.

This is a freelance role within the office (multi-tasking on various projects), with a focus on Customer Service for Ecommerce and Wholesale

Requirements

· 1-2 years customer service background (fashion industry experience would be beneficial)
· Experience with email customer response 
· Understanding of ecommerce processes, promotions and philosophies
· Familiar with full Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
· Attention to detail
· Enjoys speaking with customers and helping people
· Patient
· Reliable
· Team player
· Eager to learn
