Help Wanted
Administrative Office Assistant wanted. (Entry Level position with growing women’s Apparel Company).
Looking for Bright, Honest, Hard Working candidate with a good attitude & great style. Must work well under pressure, be able to multi task, learn quickly and work well within a team.
General Duties may include (but not limited to):
· Preparing / Receiving daily FED EX, DHL shipments
· Ordering office supplies
· Ordering & maintaining trim inventory
· Inventory of returned goods / samples
· Possible dog walking when needed
· Ordering Lunch & preparing for meetings
· General Office organization
· Assisting all departments when needed
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience with Fed Ex / UPS / DHL online very helpful but not required.
Experience with Excel, Adobe photo-shop, illustrator helpful but not required.
Must be open minded and willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
Full time M-F
Paid Parking
