Hi everyone,

The holiday season is fast approaching and in the spirit of giving we will be having a toy drive for the children of the Caesar Chavez shelter again this year. Last year was such a success; I thank each and every one of you that gave so generously last year.

 For those of you that are new, The Caesar Chaves Shelter is part of L.A. family housing that provide transitional housing for homeless families here in Los Angeles.

 My staff and I have been teaching Art to the kids at the Shelter on a by monthly basis and I can tell you first hand the kids are just amazing.  We are sponsoring all the kids in the shelter.  I have names and ages of all the kids. Let me know if you would like to sponsor a kid. If you would like to sponsor a child please contact Alica@bycv.com

They can contact her for a specific child’s name gender and age or just donate an unwrapped gift

We need for kids from 16yrs old to -new born.

Unwrapped gifts can be dropped off to the showroom room 422 by December 11^th

Gifts wrapped and tagged for a individual child by December 13^th

Or brought to the event (info to follow).

 If time is what you can give we will gladly accept.  If last year was at an all time low for donations you can imagine how difficult it has been this year. We will need volunteers for wrapping and tagging any unwrapped donated gift, transporting and also giving them out to the kids.

 Due to scheduling issues we will not be able to do a party this year, however maybe some of you would be interested in being elfs and give out treats along with the gifts.

 Let me know if anyone can donate or bake treats. Perhaps there is someone out there with a Santa Costume?
